Web-based e-mail

Hopefully I'm posting this in the right place. We're looking to implement a browser-based e-mail solution here at work. I've reviewed a few, but they all fall a little short. Here are the requirements:

Run on Linux/Apache
Must also support IMAP and POP3 accounts
GPG integration

Does anybody know of anything that meets those three criteria?

But i'm not sure about the gpg integration (maybe you should check the plugin)

Awesome. That may work. I had looked at SquirrelMail, but missed the plugins.
