I've spent all day searching Freshmeat and Google for suitable ERP/CRM/POS software for a small business but haven't really found anything.
The business provides computer services (eg, support and maintenance) for home users and small business, as well as small-scale web + email hosting so there's not much need for stock control type functions, mainly invoicing really at this stage.
I'd love to find an open source solution if possible Any suggestions?
I've found and used "Simple Invoices" before, but looking for something a bit more advanced. The closest I found today was webERP, but it's designed for wholesale between a Head Office with Branch Offices type setup, whereas I'm looking for something 1 level further down the chain at the "Branch" and End-user/Customer level.

You can try OpenERP (formerly TinyERP) for starters. Openbravo ERP as well which is based on Compiere. Openbravo offers both ERP and POS systems.
One question we ask customers is whether they really need an ERP or not. SugarCRM may be fine with many people.
