How do I set bluetooth to be off by default?

Right now, when I start my laptop up, the bluetooth led lights up then goes off and then comes on again at the udev event, thing is I want it to be off by default but also have the option of enabling it at a later time. How would I go about doing so?

NOTE: bluetooth is not in my rc.conf modules array, but I think udev loads it up. Do state if you need more info.

Just get rid of the command in the daemon startup file ( i believe /etc/rc.d/rc.local) and reboot. Should work. I know gnome has a gui tool for it but im not sure entirely of that.
