can someone recommend a good usb sound card for recording? i just want to record some samples when i'm jamming around with my guitar. no serious business ![]()
the onboard card in my laptop isn't much good this is due to it's very bad shielded and creates lots of humming noises ![]()

Not to simply advertise, but I bought the behringer one because I know it works with Arch right out of the box. It's superb! Clear sound, and no lag/delay, perfect for simple recording until you want a mixer.
