libgcc_s.so.1 not found

syth ~ > opentracker -i 127.0.0.1 -P 6969 -p 6969
[stalls until I ctrl-c]
libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work
Aborted
syth ~ > locate libgcc_s
/usr/lib/libgcc_s.so
/usr/lib/libgcc_s.so.1

any ideas?

what gcc-libs and glibc version you have?

run with LD_DEBUG=libs opentracker -i 127.0.0.1 -P 6969 -p 6969

Hey Stythys did you ever get this fixed. I am having the same issue and I can't seem to figure out what it may be.
I have removed/purged gcc and the and build-essentials but to no avail.
btw, I have ubuntu, it's just that this is the first place I can find that someone else is having the same issue as me.
