Hi,
do you now a good and reliable vserver provider that supports Arch Linux?
Another solution might be a transformation from <any os> to arch linux
Most of them only support debian and suse...
thanks

I know this is a bit late but I am posting this to provide reference for someone else searching....
http://www.slicehost.com offers VPS with ARCH Linux. I have been using them for two years (with CentOS) and have not experience any problems.

I just found one that is simply awesome: http://linode.com
some advantages:
an awesome admin interface
latest archlinux image - what else?
ajax console to access the server even if ssh fails
more space/traffic/ram as on slicehost for the same price
Well just take a look on it. I love it.

Sounds a little expensive to me for a virtual machine. I pay about 38€ for a dedicated dual-core opteron, 2GB RAM, 160GB HW-Raid1 and 2TB Traffic. So, if you need some more power the "real" server might be cheaper.

See http://www.strato.de/server/dedicated/p … index.html You now get a better server than mine for the same money. Doh! :-)

I'm very happy with them too, the only thing that annoys me a little bit is that there are no data centers in Europe. But that's surely just a question of time.

I've a running archlinux vserver at http://www.netcup.de/
Although they do not provide archlinux images its not very hard to install archlinux ur self using the rescue system.
They are quite cheap and afaik they host their vservers at hetzner in frankfurt, so the bandwith is awesome!
