netcfg update and static IP on eth0

Hi everybody,

not sure, if it's the right category for this.

Yesterdays update from netcfg  2.1.3-3 to 2.2.1-1 broke the network connection on eth0 with a static IP. I looked through the involved scripts and found that in
/usr/lib/network/connections/ethernet:15 the sleep value of 1 isn't enough (at least for my network card). lspci reports it as

05:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5751 Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express (rev 01)

Changing the sleep to 2 fixed the problem for me. Should i send a bug report?
