bandwidth throttling

anyone doing bandwidth throttling here ?
i'm looking for a simple way to do it like
limit port 1212 to 6k/s upload on any protocol

Maybe this will be of any use for you. AFAIK, it limits the traffic based on given executables though, not given ports nor protocols.
