Schwag: archlinux lanyard

Hi

I have lots of money to burn and I would like to spend it all on new archlinux lanyard, because i need one bad for my keys

Would it be possible to have it in schwag section of archlinux?
Maybe somewhere like before Christmas?

If not I'll default to ubuntu lanyard ( https://usshop.ubuntu.com/product.php?c … 09%2056000 ) , because I want to have nice linux-support-ish one. But still, I would like to send my monies to archlinux, and having archlinux lanyard on my keys would be like totally sweet.

Let me know if arch lanyard would come to schwag section soon. I think there would be more people interested in it since lanyard is kinda practical thingy.

I can be [somewhat] obsessive about my keychain. I'm always looking for nice keychain fobs.. something like a piece of stainless steel (maybe 2cm x 4cm and 0.2cm thick) with an embedded Arch logo on one side.

Of course, I realize there might not be enough demand for this, and/or it might be too expensive. I'm just putting it out there just in case

Hey all,

Minimum order is 100 lanyards and they'll be selling for about $6 a piece. I need some kind of a guess that I can sell them all before I put in the up-front investment to order them. How many people are willing to pay $6 for a lanyard?

I'll also grab one if shipping to Australia is ok.

I got a cool one at the Airshow this year which had a 1gb flash drive built into the lanyard. It's been really convenient and useful - always got somewhere to dump data. But if that sort of addition bumps up the price too much I'll just attach my own.

edit: might grab another one too for my girlfriend.

Whoah, that's a lot of interest. You aussies may think you have a strong dollar, but you're comparing it to the wrong country. We Canadians have strong dollar too. ;-) International Shipping shouldn't oughta be too high, they aren't heavy.

Lucky for everyone, my prices were quoted in USD, so we shall all benefit! I'll make the order this week and hopefully get the schwag site set up for preorders on the weekend.
