Great news, haha
I want to ask why every time I upgrade kde, the wallpaper setting is gone? I have to config it in the "Desktop Activity Settings" again

I put oxygen-style-animated-svn in aur if some1 want to try

@ffjia: No idea, I have no problem with my wallpaper. Next time, try to login with empty ~/.kde4, set a wallpaper, upgrade KDE, relog and see if it has changed. I see no other thing that could cause it then *old* config.
@bgmiki: Sorry, but I don't want plasmoids in my repo - not because I would not like them but because soon I'd have to build half of the AUR and I unfortunately don't have enough time and free space to do so.

Works perfect. Thanks again, ProgDan!

amarok crash still occasionally ...
I have not found why..
it is annoying:/

Well, it could be caused by Qt 4.6 - since I switched Qt to 4.6 my QtCreator is crashing so often that I can't use it at all.
I may try to rebuild Qt 4.6 from current git, maybe it will help :-)

ProgDan: Recently re-installed on x86_64, and noticed qca is still missing. I don't mean this impatiently, just a reminder in case you forgot since the last update . It crashes sometime very shortly after the hard disk finishes in the splash screen, and before the kde logo starts showing up, if that helps any. Here is a log, hopefully it might help show what needs the package:

FrozenFox: Thank you for noticing me. I fixed the depends array in kdelibs PKGBUILD so I'll not forget (sorry!) it in next build :-) (coming probably on Wednesday). Installing the missing packages may resolve your problems.
I hope I'll have some spare time soon, I'd like to run namcap on all the packages and fix the dependencies - I'm sure kdelibs is not the only case.

yes, me too.

sylvlinux: You don't have to, I did it for you :-) Just install update from the repo

I meant qtcreator crash often for me too ^^.but I don't want to rebuild Qt, your work is perfect for me
I install update but it still crash. And yours?
Offline
Same here...so next step for me is rebuilding QtCreator from source
Offline
ok.
for amarok, it seems to be better. no crash for the moment (without plasmoid of course). And now I can move forward in a song^^...

The QtCreator is still not OK...it cannot be build against my Qt 4.6 because this repo uses Qt-patched which did not yet merged some new functions introduced later in Qt 4.6. So I built pure (non-patched) Qt 4.6 in /opt and then successfully built QtCreator against it, but it still crashes a lot...QtDesigner seems to be stable so I think I'll have to use it to develop forms and KDevelop to write code. Pity, I love QtCreator so much..:-(

I have an other problem, ipods don't want to mount ^^.

Well, I don't have any iPod here so can't test it :-) But USB flash mounting works for me

@ProgDan: Could you please paste your PKGBUILD for qt-4.6-2-i686.pkg.tar.gz? Would be great

As you wish :-)

Have any new (good) features (except for the re-arranged items in System Settings and plasma-netbook) been added in KDE 4.4 ? Any remarkable changes in Dolphin ?

Not to forget the virtuoso nepomuk backend, SMOOTH plasma animations and aero snap features (sic!)
