DHCPCD problem

Hi.
I ve been having some problems now with dhcpcd after the kernel upgrade.
Before it was working correctly, now i get request timed out.

lspci | grep Network --> Intel Corp. Wireless WiFi Link 5100

BEfore, in kernel 2.6.31 everything was working.

Any idea?

I have the same problem, different card though.

sudo iwconfig wlan0 power off

before trying to connect fixes it for me

I tried.
I brought up the network( ifconfig wlano up), and then tried your line, and then normally conncted (iwconfig wlan0 essid xx), and tried dhcpcd wlan0, still the same.
Timed out.

Anyhoo, i managed to get dhcpcd running downgrading the kernel to a 2.6.31 kernel.
I still can't get it running with a 2.6.32 kernel, and still don't know why.

Does anybody?
