Hi.
Well, I have a very annoying problem, when I use screen + irssi, some chat windows are mixing. A ctrl + l solve it, but it's boring to be compelled to always do this, really..
I also try ctrl+ a, f, but no changes...
I don't have any idea, so .. Thanks in advance for the future help ! ![]()

Andrwe : I mean that until I do ctrl + l, sometimes I've got a piece of text of one window in another window.

Try tmux like rulex said.

I have similar problems with tmux and xterm when using i.e. two panes, one has an open vim and the other does a "make" (something where text scrolls quickly) then on the vim window some lines disappear, are substituted with text from the other pane etc...

You can file a bug for the tmux developers. As a temporary fix you can always use CTRL + L to redraw the terminal.

I will try (noob here). Are there any guidelines? Link? Is there a place where I can post a screenshot so they can see what happens?
EDIT:
Note that I use xterm. I have temporarily switched to roxterm and the problem was more frequent. If you try a vte based terminal, maybe switching to non-vte is better? (although this could be just speculation)
