No network on first boot Realtek RTL8111/8168B

Hello. I've searched for a solution of my problem in the forum and I have only found old entries. Is there a fix for this card. My daughter isn't very happy about that she has to start her computer two times to get internet working. It seems that this has been a known problem for a long time. I really want that my kids should run Arch but if internet doesn't work properly they wont.

I have the same problems and found some things to try in the Wiki:
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Net … _WOL_issue

I dual boot with Windoze and have had trouble with it sometimes not connecting there, as well. I tried looking at the driver settings in Windoze and took a look at the Bios settings for Lan boot rom, per the Wiki. Not sure yet if it solved the problem or not, as I am not sure what I do that causes it to not like the Lan, and its nothing that happens every boot-up.
