ntop Error 404

I searched over the Internet, but I had no luck.  How can I fix this.  My understanding is that it should create the file im /tmp dir.  Why would this be not possible??

The server cannot find the requested page (page expired or ntop configuration ?).

Received request:

    "GET /networkMap.html HTTP/1.1"
