Slow internet conection

Hello!
I am having problems with my Internet connection.I am twelve Mb connection from linux but the connection is limited to 1 Mb I disabled ipv6, but the connection remains the same.

I have an Intel 3945 abg and windows works well.I happens a few weeks.First I had problems with dhcpcd, but it was solved, and now this ...

I hope someone can help me.A greeting.
