Where is rpc.rwalld and rwall?

Hi. I was wondering where I would find the rpc.rwalld-daemon (which package?) and the rwall program. I want to send a broadcast message from a server using the rwall-program to all the local workstations on the same subnet running the rpc.rwalld-daemon. If you know any better ways to do this, please say it, as it's almost impossible to find any information about rwall and rpc.rwalld other than MAN-pages on google.

Regards smile

rwall is a command valid for Sun's machines, in Linux you have the command wall.
Give a look in:

man wall

Yes, but with that command you're only able to send broadcast messages to logged in users on the specific maschine. I was more looking for a way to send a broadcast message from one computer to all logged in users at all linux-boxes on the subnet.

Do you have an idea how to do that?
