Hello everyone!
I'm having some problems with my wi-fi network. I'm just a newbie of Arch Linux and hope that I can get some help!
First of all, in my rc.conf I have networking DAEMON enabled, I've set INTERFACES=(eth0 wlan0), and NETWORKS=(main).
When I boot up my computer, it starts loading all Daemons, but when it gets to networking, it keeps saying [BUSY], then gives me fetching error.
This is basically mi first and more stupid problem.
Now lets come to facts. I'm using Wi-Fi radar. Everything seems ok, the first time I try to I can connect to my OPEN wifi network (even if I have to enable ifconfig wlan0 up manually [is there a way to fix this?]).
When I just retry, or try to change network I get the following error:
dhcpcd: dhcpcd already running on pid <number>Sometimes I also get
dhcp_client: interface not found or invalid
no interfaces have a carrier
forking to background
dhcpcd: dhcpcd already running on pid <number>Instead, when I try to connect to a protected network (still through wi-fi-radar in root mode) I get
SET failed on device wlan0; Invalid argument.I need some help to fix all of htis problems
could someone help me? Thanks in advice... keep going!

Couple of suggestions;
1) What kind of wireless chip/card are you using - there are some quirks for specific cards.
2) Is this the only wireless network you will be connecting to? Will you occasionally use the NIC cable? If you are going to be changine Access Points you may want to look at netcfg. I had better luck with netcfg than networkmanager. I can't speak to wicd. You many want to check out the wiki's for the various options
