slow internet

the situation is: my internet takes reacts slower and aside when I am doing something like browsing a website or using the terminal takes several seconds to several repeat reacts as slow and is only here in archlinux by q in ubuntu or normal functioning windows, and revised and rc.conf, resolv.conf and host and I can see everything normal. I hope I can help.

Does adding "options single-request" to your /etc/resolv.conf help?
