the ./configure script needs this options set to use ggz:

  --enable-ggz=no/yes   enable ggz support default=no

[...]

  --with-ggzdmod-dir=DIR        ggzdmod installation prefix

  --with-ggzdmod-libraries=DIR  where the ggzdmod libs are.

what paths are these, when no other software is needed?

if i understand it right, we need some ggz software to have this running, isn't it?

yes it seems so wink I cannot help, maybe the site has it. or maybe you shouldn't include GGZ and just include maps etc
