Hello I come from Linux Mint and in that distro, there was an utility called Mintnanny to block the websites I specify. I'd like to do the same thing but in Arch Linux. Please help me

First, how is anyone supposed to know what "mintnanny" does? Please be more specific about what you want to achieve.
After skiming http://www.linuxmint.com/blog/?p=350:
redirect the websites you want to block to localhost in /etc/hosts.cof - e.g.:
127.0.0.1 www.microsoft.com

By the way hokasch, that links to a porn site, so maybe replace it with something like microsoft.com?
