Couple days ago I ran a pacman -Su and ever since then Deluge (the bittorrent client) has been unable to download at more than 0.2KiB/s or similar speeds. This is with different files on multiple trackers and lots of seeds & peers. I checked my firewall settings and I've got 10 ports open (5 incoming, 5 outgoing). It connects to lots of peers and seeds, but the peers tab reportsthat each one is going at 0.0 KiBs for a grand total of usually around 0.1.
I'm not really sure what upgrade could have caused this, since I don't think I upgraded Deluge itself. Deluge is version 1.2.3, and Pacman tells me I'm using libtorrent-rasterbar 0.15.0-4.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Any ideas how to work around or debug it?

How about some more info:
- do you have other internet/network related problems?
- Have you tried downgrading what you upgraded?
- does starting deluge from the commandline , maybe with some kind of 'verbose' argument reveal anything?
- system logs
...

Not knowing exactly what I upgraded, I couldn't try that. Syslogs, commandline showed nothing. No other network-related problems.
While messing around, I right-clicked on Deluge in my system tray and saw that total download speed had become limited to 5kb/s. I don't have the faintest idea how this happened -- and the setting wasn't visible in Preferences -- but resetting it to unlimited worked.
So it was some kind of user error, I guess. How it got set to 5kb/s download limit is a big mystery, but all's well that ends well...?
