Cannot Assign ESSID to my wireless network card

Hello,

I have Toshiba Satellite A205 laptop which has realtek RTL8187B wireless adaptor,
Previously i was able to connect to any wireless network using knetworkmanager but after i reinstalled the Arch i cant connect to any wireless network.

I tried using command line but the problem is that i cant assign any ESSID of network that is currently present but i can assign any dummy ESSID.

Please Help
