OpenWRT in VirtualBox

Hi,

I am trying to run OpenWRT in VirtualBox to play around with it. I followed this wiki entry with no luck: http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/virtualbox
It always hangs at the same point:

br-lan: port 1(eth0) entering forwarding state

Regardless what network adapter or mode (bridged, NAT, etc..) I use, it is always the same.
So I wonder if this is related to my VirtualBox setup or some modules not being present? Other VMs are working fine (Arch, Windows XP, all using NAT for networking).

I have these modules in /etc/rc.conf

MODULES=(... vboxdrv vboxnetflt)

bridge-utils are also installed.
