Hi guys,
I'm running archlinux x64 with gnome desktop.
Everything is working fine, I've installed IPTRAF (latest version - 3.0) and when I run it, it shows me the packets and the traffic... but after a while my system freeze I can't do anything, the mouse doesn't move anymore. All I've to do is to force the shutdown with the button.
I don't know where to look (logs), could it be a bug or I'm doing something wrong?!
Thanks guys

You can start by checking logs. Look through all logs you find until you find the problem ![]()
Try remove lptraf, if the system is stable then you have found the sinner...
If lptraf is not the problem:
Since the Graphical freezes you could check Xorg logs, and if it is related to hardware it should show up in kernel.log.
If some daemons are causing the trouble you can find it in daemon.log (or look through everything.log)
