[SOLVED] Firefox Auto Starts
Hi,
I wanted to know how I can disable firefox starting up automatically after boot up.
I checked in /etc/rc.local and other rc.xxxx in /etc folder. But I couldn't figure out which script is run to start firefox.
Help is appreciated.

exec startlxde
is the only command in the file /root/.xinitrc and
exec ck-launch-session gnome-session
is the only command in the file /home/usr/.xinitrc

It could also be a setting in your DE...maybe the gconf tree

Does this happed for root too?
Maybe you should search in some autostart settings / menu?

The file /home/usr/.config/autostart/firefox.desktop looks like this:
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Exec=/usr/bin/firefox
Hidden=false
X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=true
Name[C]=Firefox
Name=Firefox
Comment[C]=
CommentShould I make X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=false ?
