No Updates since 7/23

I have been updating with pacman and I have noticed that no updates have been sync'd since 7/23 based on the package versions I get using pacman -Sl

I have tried rebuilding using pacman -Syy and also recreating the mirrorlist using http://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/

Are there mirror problems?

The mirror at the top of your mirrorlist file is all that really matters.   Try commenting that and doing a "-Syyu"
