[SOLVED] Apache Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long

Hello,

I have been fighting with this error for the past week, with lots of googling, but no dice.

I get the above error when trying to access a web page through apache using ssl.

Any pointers?

I am assuming this is a configuration problem...

Is noone responding because I am very obviously missing something, or is it because this is such a complex issue that noone knows how to fix this?

I am going completely apeshit over this error, I have been on this shit for 5 hours straight, but no dice. ANYONE can give me some pointers here?

you obviously have the ssl mod enabled? i'v seen this problem occur when the module is not enabled but the admin thinks that it is. can you verify?
