Please be patient. If someone knows the solution, they will get to you eventually.

Bumping posts without some meaningful additional input that could help in providing the solution is highly discouraged.

Re: how can I install and configure KVPNC

To install packages without an internet connection, you must download the packages from a computer with internet access and then put them on your computer using a flash drive or similar device. Then, you can either do "pacman -U $pkgfilename" on the file, or put the file in /var/cache/pacman/pkg and then "pacman -S $pkgname". There is an easy way to get packages by clicking "Packages" at the top of this website, then searching for the package. Once you select the proper architecture, there is a "Download from mirror" link on the right. You will also need to get all the dependencies listed in the same manner, just click on their name and then the download link.

kvnpc is designed to be used with KDE. kdelibs is one of it's dependencies even. I don't think that it's feasible to download everything needed for this, when you don't even have kde. However, you could download and install KDE in the same way.

Maybe there is a different vpn client manager you could use?

Edit: Another great idea is to follow this wiki page instead if you can put an Arch live cd into a computer with internet

Re: how can I install and configure KVPNC

I don't know anything about VPNs, but it looks like vpnc, a "VPN client for cisco3000 VPN Concentrators", has only a few dependencies if it can work for you. ... A better choice might be openconnect, an "Open client for Cisco AnyConnect VPN"

Are you in the process of installing Arch in the first place?

Re: how can I install and configure KVPNC

You're welcome, I hope everything works OK. Usually, the Arch wiki has everything you could possibly hope to know about anything you would be doing with Arch, but this time I couldn't find much about VPNs or VPN clients. If you run into another problem, do a quick search on the wiki/forums and then come back here and we'll try to help.
