vsftpd not connecting [solved (kind of)]

so.. yep. can't connect via ftp. not sure what's wrong as I've set this up before and it's a pretty simple setup. I set the options in hosts.allow, listen=YES, and all that. any ideas?

EDIT: nvm.. just switched to bftpd =P
