updating lxde components

a lot of lxde components seem to be out-of-date. Can someone help updating them?

If you have issues with packaging, please use the 'flag out of date' link on the package page, or the mailing list for the appropriate packages. Having general statements like these is not going to help anyone.

Also the devs might not even see this thread.
