new install.. pacman doesnt work at all.. please help..

Ive added the mirror list (newest one from homepage)..
I tried pacman -Syyu to sync them..
didnt work.. realized I assume I had to uncomment a few of them to sync and hoped to install reflector to get the fastest up2date mirrors..
wouldnt work..
I tried uncommenting ALL OF THEM.. and pacman -Syyu... I get this..

so i cant sync anything.. I cant install anything since no matter what I uncomment I cant sync in order to update a newly installed system.. and cant install reflector to get the fastest mirrors.. my system for some reason (from the mirror i picked on install is 4.4.3)
someone help?? ive read the man page.. i used all the commands.. and to no avail.. ive installed arch multiple times before, and NOTHING like this has happened before, what did I miss, what am I doing wrong?????
help???

This is annoying.. what could I have possibly done wrong??? what am I missing???

First of all, calm down. Use code tags to display output etc. They are there for a reason.

Change the order of the mirrors. Even if you have multiple uncommented, it will always try to get packages from the first mirror, if it can connect to it.

Can you ping some website? Have you set up your network correctly?

Have you set up your hostname in /etc/rc.conf and in /etc/hosts?

i copyed and pasted entire mirror list.. and put the usa list UNDER the main.. and even took the bottom 7 and put them on top and uncommented them, then tried pacman -Syyu.. here's what I got..

yes hostname matches in both files...

again, this has never happend before.. i just did a clean FULL KDE install.. every single time ive done this before.. ive installed reflector, then grabbbed the new packman file.. , copyed and pasted it, then used reflector to get the fastest 7 files..
and then pacman -Syyu and voila updated entire system if needed..

I have no idea.. I picked some mirror on install..and it installed fine.. but i'm at 4.4.3 for everything..
adding new pacman list etc, should get me everything updated right???

Can you please post your pacman.conf and your mirrorlist?
Also, have you set up a proxy server? Or at least defined $http_proxy to point to a proxy?
