Why don`t I have buttons for text formatting in reply page?
Is it the only way - to type `em? Or I can turn them on? Can`t find in profile.

they used to be there. Since the upgrade no one gets the buttons....so type them in.
if you need to recollect the tags, then simply click on the BBCode link to find them.
and moving to Forum and Wiki Discussion

because the toolbar wasn't a feature built in fluxbb and something that we added some time ago.
i guess pierre didn't wanted to mess with it and now we have a vanilla forum
