What happened to distrowatch? When I go to distrowatch.com I get a page saying this:
Web Server's Default Page
This page is generated by Parallels Plesk Panel, the leading hosting automation software. You see this page because there is no Web site at this address.
You can do the following:
Create domains and set up Web hosting using Parallels Plesk Panel.

I can get to distrowatch at this address: http://distrowatch.serve-you.net/ but alot of stuff is missing
I looked on Google and a lot of people are saying that it is working for them. Does anyone else have this problem or know why it is happening? It seems to me that distrowatch would have made an announcement if they were stopping the site or moving to a new address. Thanks

Both http://www.distrowatch.com and http://distrowatch.serve-you.net work for me. I am in the US in NY.
I did notice earlier this year that Distrowatch stopped rendering correctly with Adblock running. I like Distrowatch enough and their ads aren't too bad so I decided to whitelist them. I have a feeling though that this is unrelated to your problem...

Distrowatch works here with midori (and activated adblocker extension) as well as with firefox and adblock running.

I am in Pennsylvania, US. I use chrome and I have the adblock extension disabled on distrowatch, but I also think that is unrelated. Thanks for the quick replies. Sorry for posting this in the wrong place.

Also fine here in Portugal.

It must be a problem with Google Chrome. I installed Firefox and then it worked fine. It's weird, though, because distrowatch worked on chrome for a while and then suddenly stopped. I've never had problems with chrome before.

delete your chromium configuration and then try again.
rm -rf ~/.config/chromium
Removing the chromium cache might also help
rm -rf ~/.cache/chromium
There's no such thing as a stupid question, but there sure are a lot of inquisitive idiots !

I use Google Chrome from the aur. I just installed Chromium and distrowatch works. The problem must be specifically related to Google Chrome. Thanks anyway. I will try to find the google chrome cach and delete that.
