if you are going to discount 2 softwares that do exactly what you are asking for...then maybe you should also list as to what you don't like about those 2 so people can give you alternate suggestions.

pytyle: not python 2 to python 3.
wumwum:can't config in $HOME ,can't change key bind.
so,The third way,not python ,config in $HOME.

There are only a few select programs that will accomplish this for you. As has already been mentioned, PyTyle, wumwum, and stiler are some of them.
Others that come to mind: pywo and tairu.
