Wireless Setup with wpa_supplicant ralink rt73

Hi there,
I'm trying to get my wireless stick working on a new installed Arch Linux.
I got the DWL-G122 rev C with the rt73 Chipset from D-Link.
I only got access to the internet through my wireless Connected Win 7, so I downloaded the firmware and wireless_tools from here, installed the packages offline on Arch.
Then I've setup wpa_supplicant.conf with wpa_passphrase and added those lines for WPA2 , described on the Wiki.
When I run:

wpa_supplicant -Dwext -iwlan0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf

I get an error like:
ioctl: Device or Resource Busy
....
But the LEDs light up

and it keeps repeating like this.

I'm quite new to Arch, allready googled but couldnt find a solution.
If you need any more outputs from iwconfig -x or something else, let me know,I'll try to get the outputs on my usb-stick and post them from Win.
