Android get network access by ArchLinux's network?

Is there anybody know how to let my motorola android phone get network by ArchLinux's fixed wire network?

I've searched some topics, most are talking about use phone's network to let notebook get internet.

But, I require the invert direction.

In my experience of Microsoft Smart Phone, when connect with activesync, the mobile will get internet.
But, I don't know how to do such thing in Android & ArchLinux.

if your mobile has a wifi option, you can connect using wifi with the arch pc, and then NAT the connections using iptables to get internet access.

I think there are two possibility. I prefer case 2, because, I'm in a environment where wireless/phone signals are banned.

case 1: use notebook as wireless airport
Any hint about how to do?

case 2: use PC as internet through NAT by USB cable
Any hint about how to do?

If you mean to use your PC as a wireless access point, make sure your wireless card supports Master mode.

Thank you, lolilolicon, I can try your solution on my case 1.

But, I am search solution of case 2. may be the following link is a solution. But, I'm not android developer, I didn't understand well.
