Ghost wireless network in network manager

Hello everyone, I've been having a weird issue on my laptop recently; it may have coincided with the recent network manager upgrade, but I'm not sure, I haven't been in classes this month, so I haven't used wireless much. Anyways, now, when ever wireless is enabled, I see a hidden network all the time. At first I thought it might be a new network on the block, but no, there's no actual signal tied to it. I've tried searching here and on google, but sifting through the results proved to be very difficult because it brought up people having problems trying to connect to a hidden network.

Any thoughts on the issue would be most appropriated.
