anyone else try orta? it looks so professional or something? i just love it
...he has no ambition and no energy. He will not even go out of his way to verify his own solutions, and would rather be considered wrong than take the trouble to prove himself right. Again and again I have taken a problem to him, and have received an explanation which has afterwards proved to be the correct one. And yet he was absolutely incapable of working out the practical points...

Another vote for rezlooks. I hate rounded corners which makes 90% of GTK themes useless to me. I ended up playing with rezlooks to suit me and I can't use anything else now, not sure how you can use rounded corners with a tiler, just looks strange.
It's available @ http://www.meyithi.com/dots/.themes/ and looks like this.
