When trying to netboot archlinux-2010.05-core-i686.iso I've got a problem.
The boot is started, until:
:: Running Hook [archiso]
:: Running Hook [archiso_pxe_nbd]
:: Mounting tmpfs, size=75%. . . done.
:: Waiting for boot device. . .
Waiting 30 seconds for /device /dev/disk/by-label?ARCH_201005 ...
.
.
ERROR: boot device didn't show up after 30 seconds. . .
Falling back to interacting prompt
Anyone managed to do a netboot can help me?
Thanks!

archlinux-2010.05-netinstall-i686.iso has same problem,
md5sum archlinux-2010.05-netinstall-i686.iso 327f3865c7d1d785e62ff7f566a4fe7b
so md5sum is OK.

Are you trying to netboot via ftp or are you just simply trying to install Arch from a livecd?

Yes this how I did it.
But no luck.
Waiting 30 seconds for /device /dev/disk/by-label?ARCH_201005 looks like Arch wants hard disk for root.?

Is there a reason for installing this way? system does not have a cd drive?

Yes, no CD, no floppy.
It's called a thin client, and has to boot from the net.

I would search wiki and forums I am sure you will find something
If thin client has usb you could boot an external drive or usb stick
