I read the wiki (procmail fetchmail courier-imap) and have problems to understand
"Doing some cron-jobs

Just add the fetchmail -av command to the users cron-list?, e.g. every 10 minutes he should grep the emails".

What is "users cron-list"?

maybe he means crontab
crontab -e

think you can either modify the crontab file, or put a script in the subdirectory for hours/week/months jobs etc.
