ath9k working bad on kernel 2.6.38

Hello, today I upgraded to the new 2.6.38 kernel in [testing] and I noticed that my wireless card, which uses the ath9k module, doesn't work well. The speed is very poor and sometimes it doesn't seem to have any connection even though it's connected to the router.
By downgrading to the kernel in [core] it works fine. Is the module broken?

Since you are using the testing repo, you should use the testing repo forum to report any problems. This forum is only for what is available in the official repos.
