Currently I'm dual booting Arch and Ubuntu and both use the same home partition and both have the same single username. I already have data on the partition but it is backed up so I can format if I really need to. Also I don't use ubuntu very often so I could reinstall that to if needed. Anyway, can I encrypt the partition using adduser on both OSs (like this: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1449168) or is there a better way of doing it?
