zend-optimizer

Hello everyone,
I am trying to get zend optimizer working. I first installed from AUR php52, then zend-optimizer. If I do in a terminal "php -v", I get the following:
PHP 5.2.17 with Suhosin-Patch 0.9.7 (cli) (built: Mar 16 2011 11:18:22)

Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2010 Zend Technologies

Segmentation fault

Is there something I did not configure correctly? Actually I didn't configure anything after the install, maybe that is the problem?
