Oops, sorry. Errors are as follows

 error: failed retrieving file 'core.db.tar.gz' from FTP.archlinux.org : transient resolver failure
Error: failed to update core (transient resolver failure)
Error: failed to synchronize any databases

Its case sensitive, try ftp.archlinux.org

I tryed a different mirror same result and FTP is in lowercase, I just typed that out on my phone and it got auto corrected

I remember having had some trouble with ftp servers in the past. Maybe try a http server instead.

Are you sure of that?  I can ftp into the site using FTP.archlinux.org

Use the new testiso (and don't use ftp.archlinux.org as the mirror.....) Oh, and use http instead of ftp.
