GNOME3 - Unable to open Keyboard config
I always get the following
GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.gnome.settings-daemon.peripherals.keyboard' is not installed
aborting...

you don't have gnome-settings-daemon 3.0.0.1-1
i guess you have some older packages from aur
pacman -Qm
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
