Will there be a 2011 snapshot?

Been using Arch Linux exclusively on my home computers since Don't Panic. I enjoy every paradigm employed by this distribution.
I realize there is no NEED, per se, to release regularly since the rolling release distribution.

But given the improvements made over this past year:

-Upgrade to pacman that uses different pacman.conf, database system, mirrorlist. Requires users to pacman -S pacman first and replace their pacman.conf file. Most new recruits won't know what to do/why to do it.
-wireless firmware installation technique(for intel at least). Old package still shown in installer.
-btrfs has better support, but I can't select it from the installer.
-upgraded kernel might support more hardware
-new rc script changes the way some people will use their arch computers
-syslinux changes
-Other upgrades not thought of....

In my opinion, we are due for a new spin.
(I'd be willing to help if I were pointed in the right direction.)

What are your thoughts?
