Gnome3 should have nothing to do with flashplugin..
Check "about:plugins" in Firefox to see if it lists flash player plugin..
Are you using 32 bit or 64 bit system?
Check if this file exists on your system: ~/.mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so (i.e., <your-home-dir>/.mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so)
If it does not, then the flash plugin is not installed. Try re-installing the plugin (pacman -S flashplugin)

ok, thx for answer
i saw and about:plugins said no enabled plugin was founded
i tried reinstalling and at the end after installation it said:
"warning: directory permissions differ on usr/lib/mozilla/
filesystem: 700 package: 75"
and there is no directory ~/.mozilla/plugings ...
there is just extensions and firefox folders..
so, could this be a problem?

My apologies.. Even on my machine, the flashplugin is installed to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins directory (not ~/.mozilla/plugins)
The permissions could be a problem. On my machine, the permissions for /usr/lib/mozilla dir is 755.. Maybe you can change it to that and try reinstalling..
You can use this command to change permissions:
# chmod 755 /usr/lib/mozilla

I think you get the edit topic option if you try to edit the first post..
Also, there should be a way to close the topic too.. But I don't know about that.

you can mark threads as solved by editing your first post and prepending [SOLVED] to the subject line.
and you cannot close threads. Only moderators can do that.
There's no such thing as a stupid question, but there sure are a lot of inquisitive idiots !
