Ad-Hoc + Internet Share + Mutliple Interfaces

Hello, I have the interfaces:

eth0 tun0 wlan0 wlan1

What I'm doing is, setting a Ad-Hoc on wlan1 and following the tutorial here:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Internet_Share

Everything works pretty good except one thing.

I don't want Ad-Hoc's client to be able to access eth0's, wlan0's and tun0's ips.

Let me give an example.
eth0 ip = 192.168.1.123
tun0 ip = 10.1.20.24
wlan0 ip = 10.2.20.44
wlan1 ip = 10.3.12.46

so user's from wlan1 can access for example 192.168.1.123 or 10.1.20.24, which IPs don't belong to wlan1.

how can i prevent that?
