Hello Archlinuxers,
I have my new Asus A52JV notebook installed Win7 and Archlinux 64. Both OS share the same hardwares including network through wired and/or wireless DHCP.
At Win7, the network works just fine.
At Archlinux, the network is very slow through wired or wireless DHCP. Not only surfing the web through browsers, but also updating through pacman. Odd redirections at browsers to URL "dp.000.in" or "i.nuseek.com" would sometimes occurred. The slow network and odd redirections drive me crazy but I do not have a clue to solve them.
Would anyone please give me instructions or hints how to investigate the above situations. Your help would be highly appreciate.

Same problem in my Asus eeepc 701, used for server and wireless access point (hostapd, iptables, dnsmasq):
01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR5001 Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01)
03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications L2 Fast Ethernet (rev a0)
INET (ADSL router) <-wired-> eeepc access point <-wifi-> laptop || Android phone || other laptop with Windows XP
|-wired-| desktop PCMy only problem is on laptop, phone or winxp laptop, have very slow inet download speed (100 KB/s max). eeepc is downloading at max ADSL connection and desktop PC too. If laptop is accessing to desktop, download is 1 MB/s more or less, so laptop wifi connection seems to be ok (kernel 2.6.37).
Any ideas?
Thank you
