This morning I used my Arch PC to install Windows 7 on a separate HD for use in another computer (disconnected the Arch HD, connected a new HD, installed Windows from the DVD, then took the Windows HD out and put the Arch HD back in). My Arch PC's hardware is now connected as it was before and everything seems to be working fine except my internet. I can only access Google site (Google search, Gmail, Google News, etc.). I have no idea if this is related to the Windows 7 install.
I can ping google and some other sites (but they will not load in a browser, except for google). I can ping my DNSs just fine as well. This just seems really odd. I've checked some of my router's settings as well and they seem to be in order. Also, my laptop runs Tiny Core Linux and the internet works normally.
Anyone have any ideas?

Here is a WAG (Wild a**ed Guess): Any chance your router was reconfigured by the Redmondware? I'm thinking maybe it is running in IPv6 mode?

I'm thinking the router was reconfigured by Windows (if that is possible). It started to download and install some updates after the OS was installed... In any case, my internet is working normally now -- I restarted both the computer and router (for the third time), left them off for several minutes, and restarted. It seemed to do the trick (it usually is isn't it?). So I have no idea if it was in IPv6 mode or what...
